Air Fryer Spinach Diavolo Artichoke Tots

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped

1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (use Italian seasoned or panko for extra crunch)

1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust according to spice preference)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 large egg, beaten

Preheat the Air Fryer: Begin by preheating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Allow it to warm up for approximately 5 minutes.

    Combine the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, thawed hash browns, breadcrumbs, grated mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, black pepper, and the beaten egg. Use a spatula or your hands to thoroughly mix all the ingredients until well combined.

      Shape the Tots: With your hands, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into a compact tot form. Continue this process until all the mixture is shaped into tots, and arrange them on a lined tray or plate.
