2 large heads of romaine lettuce

1 cup cooked and sliced grilled chicken breast

1 cup creamy Caesar dressing

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup crunchy croutons

1 medium lemon (juiced)

4 large whole grain tortillas

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Grill: Begin by preheating your grill to medium-high heat, allowing it to reach the perfect temperature for grilling.

    Prepare the Romaine: Carefully cut each head of romaine lettuce in half lengthwise. Drizzle the cut sides with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper for added flavor.

      Grill the Romaine: Place the romaine halves directly on the grill, cut side down. Grill for about 2-3 minutes, or until you see beautiful grill marks and the leaves are slightly wilted. Remove them from the grill and allow to cool slightly.

        Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over this mixture, and stir gently until everything is evenly coated.

          Assemble the Wraps: Take a whole grain tortilla and lay a grilled romaine half (cut side facing up) in the center. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture on top of the lettuce.
