1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 pre-made pizza doughs (store-bought or homemade)

Olive oil spray to ensure crispiness

Prepare the Chicken: In a medium skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sauté the chicken for about 7-10 minutes or until it is fully cooked through and golden brown. Once cooked, remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.

    Set Up Breading Stations: Gather three shallow bowls. Place the all-purpose flour in the first bowl, the beaten eggs in the second, and mix the Italian-style breadcrumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese in the third bowl.
