1 lb (450g) flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain

4 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen

2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or any high-heat oil)

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon minced ginger

ΒΌ cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 cups cooked jasmine rice (or rice of your choice)

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Sliced green onions, for garnish

Marinate the Beef: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Mix until the beef is evenly coated.
