Scoop and Shape: Using your hands or a spoon, scoop out about 0.33 cup of the mixture for each mini meatloaf. Shape them into small loaves and place them on the baking sheet or in the muffin tin.
Add Topping: Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top of each mini meatloaf for extra flavor and moisture while baking.
Bake: Place the meatloaves in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
