Ingredients

2 cups filtered water

1/4 cup edible flowers (such as lavender, hibiscus, or rose petals)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 cup fruit juice (options: lemonade, grapefruit, or pomegranate)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Slices of fresh fruit (such as strawberries, oranges, or lemons)

Instructions

Prepare the Flower Infusion: Begin by pouring 2 cups of filtered water into a small saucepan. Heat the water over medium heat until it comes to a gentle boil. Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the water to cool slightly for about 5 minutes. Add the edible flowers to the warm water, stirring gently to submerge the petals. Let the mixture steep for 15-20 minutes. For a touch of sweetness, stir in the honey or agave syrup during this time while the water is still warm.

Strain the Infusion: After steeping, take a fine mesh strainer and strain the flower-infused water into an ice cube tray, discarding the leftover flowers. Make sure to let it cool completely to room temperature before placing it in the freezer to avoid any melting.

Freeze the Flower Ice Cubes: Once cooled, carefully transfer the ice cube tray into the freezer. Allow the mixture to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the ice cubes are solid.

Assemble the Mocktails: Once your flower-infused ice cubes are ready, take a glass and fill it with 3-4 ice cubes. Next, pour in your choice of fruit juice, filling the glass while leaving some space at the top to avoid overflow.

Garnish and Serve: To elevate the visual appeal of your mocktail, adorn it with fresh mint leaves and slices of vibrant fruit. For a refreshing mix of flavors, give the mocktail a gentle stir before serving. Enjoy sipping your delightful Blossom Breeze Mocktail!
