4 large whole-wheat tortillas

1 cup mixed greens (such as spinach, arugula, or your favorite lettuce)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Optional: 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until the chicken is thoroughly coated in the yogurt mixture, creating a creamy filling.
