Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (choose between vanilla or plain)

1 cup mixed frozen berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to your preferred sweetness)

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional: chocolate chips or chopped nuts for a crunchy topping

Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, frozen mixed berries, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, chocolate protein powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer some texture, feel free to leave a few small chunks of berries intact.

Taste the smoothie-like mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if desired, blending again briefly to combine.

Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, ensuring to leave a small gap at the top of each mold to allow for expansion during freezing.

If using, sprinkle a few chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top of each filled mold for added texture and flavor.

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds, ensuring they are centered, and then place the molds in the freezer.

Freeze the pops for a minimum of 4 hours, or until they are completely solid.

When ready to enjoy, remove the pops from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, helping to loosen them.

Savor your delicious and nutritious Frozen Chocolate Berry Protein Pops!
