1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or cacao nibs

1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

A pinch of salt

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Using a whisk or spatula, mix vigorously until the blend is smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.

    Gradually fold in the rolled oats, chopped dark chocolate (or cacao nibs), shredded coconut, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently until all components are well combined and uniformly distributed throughout the mixture.

      Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, dollop the mixture onto the parchment-lined sheet, shaping it into disk forms approximately 1 to 2 inches in diameter.
