Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup granola (optional, for added crunch)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional, for topping)

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no lumps remaining.

If you prefer a bit of texture in your bites, gently fold in the granola until it is evenly mixed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make for easy cleanup. Using a small cookie scoop or a spoon, drop dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet, creating small mounds that are approximately the size of a tablespoon.

For an added burst of flavor and crunch, sprinkle mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top of each mound, pressing gently to help them adhere.

Carefully place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours, or until the bites are completely solid.

Once the peanut butter bites are fully frozen, transfer them into an airtight container or a ziplock bag for efficient storage and convenience.

You can enjoy these delightful bites straight from the freezer for a refreshing treat, or let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes for a softer, creamier texture.
