  • 0.5 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1.0 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1.0 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1.0 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.0 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • None none Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • None none Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Corn: Begin by husking the corn and removing any silk. Rinse the ears of corn under cold water and pat them dry with a towel.
  • Make the Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix together olive oil (or melted butter), garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper to create a flavorful marinade.
  • Coat the Corn: Using a pastry brush or your hands, generously coat each ear of corn with the marinade, ensuring an even distribution for maximum flavor.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
  • Air Fry the Corn: Place the seasoned corn in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not crowded and that air can circulate freely. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning the corn halfway through to achieve a golden, crispy exterior.
  • Add the Finishing Touches: Once the corn is cooked, carefully remove it from the air fryer. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese while it’s still hot, allowing it to melt slightly.
  • Serve: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or cilantro, and serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick.
