1 cup cooked, shredded chicken

1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely diced

1/2 cup green chili peppers (fresh or canned), diced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil, for greasing

Preheat Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a standard muffin tin by spraying each cup with cooking spray or lightly brushing with olive oil to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, crack the 6 eggs and whisk them vigorously until they are well combined. Pour in the 1/4 cup of milk, then add the ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until smooth and uniform.

      Incorporate Chicken and Vegetables: Gently fold in the cooked and shredded chicken, diced green bell pepper, and diced green chili peppers into the egg mixture, ensuring even distribution without overmixing.
