Marinate the Chicken: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
