1 ripe mango, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (optional for extra heat)

Juice of 1 lime

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
