2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cups fresh broccoli florets

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: Start by seasoning both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
