2 ripe avocados

1 cup cooked salmon, flaked (you can use canned or freshly cooked salmon)

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1 tablespoon Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon)

1 clove garlic, finely minced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and chopped

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish
