¼ cup red onion, finely sliced

1 ripe avocado, diced

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for a gluten-free option)

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional for sweetness)

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tofu:

    - Begin by slicing the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.

        - Gently toss the tofu cubes in the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Allow the tofu to marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

          Cook the Tofu:

            - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated tofu to the skillet, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
