12 soft dinner rolls

1 cup diced cooked ham

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

4 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon yellow mustard (optional)

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon melted butter

Fresh parsley or chives, finely chopped, for garnish (optional)

Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to preheat at 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish by either lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper for easy removal later.

    Make the Egg Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with the milk, yellow mustard (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set the bowl aside for now.

      Slice the Dinner Rolls: Without separating the rolls, carefully slice them horizontally through the center to create two halves. Gently place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish, ensuring they sit snugly.
