4 oz (115g) turkey bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled

2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for added creaminess

1/4 tsp ground black pepper for seasoning

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size), for wrapping

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, finely chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground black pepper. Using a spatula or a fork, mix thoroughly until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

    Assemble the Roll-Ups: Place one tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Using a spatula, spread a generous layer of the spinach and turkey bacon mixture over the entire tortilla, leaving about a 1/2 inch border around the edges to avoid overflow.

      Roll: Starting from the side closest to you, tightly roll the tortilla away from you, forming a log shape. Be sure to apply even pressure to keep the filling contained. Repeat this step for the remaining tortillas and filling to create multiple roll-ups.

        Slice the Roll-Ups: Once all tortillas have been rolled, use a sharp knife to cut each log into bite-sized sections, approximately 1 inch thick. To help keep them from unrolling, place each piece seam-side down on your cutting board.
