1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

For Assembly:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

    Make the Avocado Lime Sauce: While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the creamy sauce. In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocado, plain Greek yogurt, fresh lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
