1 cup fettuccine pasta, cooked al dente

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves, chopped

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

8 large flour tortillas or flatbreads

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the cooked fettuccine, Alfredo sauce, chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until they are well-blended and creamy.

    Assemble the Roll-Ups: Place one tortilla or flatbread on a clean, flat surface. Spoon approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the chicken Alfredo filling onto the center of the tortilla, ensuring to leave about an inch border around the edges for easy rolling.

      Roll the Tortilla: Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly over the filling, ensuring it’s securely wrapped. Repeat this rolling technique with the remaining tortillas and filling until all are prepared.

        Prepare for Baking: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a greased baking dish, ensuring they fit snugly. Drizzle any leftover Alfredo sauce evenly over the top of the roll-ups, coating them generously.

          Add Cheese and Bake: Evenly sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the roll-ups, then cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to retain moisture.
