Ingredients
  

  • 0.45 kg ground beef
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, parsley, minced garlic, egg, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix everything until well incorporated.
  • Wet your hands slightly and shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 200 for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the formed meatballs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  • Air fry at 200 for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the meatballs from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve with warm marinara sauce.

Notes

Adjust spices to taste. Optional red pepper flakes for heat.
