Zest of 1 lime

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Juice of 1 lime

1 clove garlic, minced

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded red cabbage or lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
